Best Western Paris Inn

I’m a regular. I typically stay at this hotel when I’m out working at the local nursing home instead of trying to drive an hour and a half back home each trip. I choose to spend entire weekends there. I tried booking a cheaper hotel, but to be honest I trust this hotel and its staff so I canceled. I just wish the price was a little lower. The staff is nice and helpful. The hotel is showing some age, but it’s like greeting an old friend. I don’t mind. I like aged things. The breakfast is small but good. I don’t need to be eating all kinds of sugary pastries and stuff anyway. The rooms are very well kept up. I even noticed some construction on the stairways.

Great staff and really good breakfast everything you could think included in their breakfast. Room so neat and clean bath area same way all of room was very tidy. Bed comfortable plenty of towels several extras coffee pot with coffee etc. Brochures about the surrounding area. We stayed here more than once and we have been satisfied each time. Loved 'Cheree' the late pm staff great person very friendly. Thanks.

This place is amazing the house keeping are so nice they do their work so nice helpful,amazing, one lady with her hair in a ponytail and she has black hair is sooo sweet shes very helpful I really recommend this place to stay the breakfast food is so good the place is clean

A nice clean hotel with comfortable beds and the amenities we were looking for. The clerk was helpful on check-in but provided poor instructions on where to park to access our room. I was under the assumption it was a facility with interior halls and it is but it does have a few rooms that face the exterior under the overhang of a second floor which I found quite convenient as we're traveling with a pet. I would have expected however a quieter stay given the price point of this facility. Unfortunately we were subjected to other guests talking and laughing loudly and their large dog barking outside of our room at 2:00 in the morning. I'm not sure if night auditors do a property check any longer but it should be a continuing practice as this night auditor would have stumbled upon this loud activity disturbing other guests but we were forced to endure until they were done with their conversation. Luckily our pet was too tired to respond to theirs and it's loud obviously large barks. The beds and pillows were quite comfortable however you can only turn the hot water up so much in the shower and I would have appreciated that level being slightly more. This feature is not on the faucet of the sink and lures you into a false sense of security with how hot the water can be nearly causing me to burn my hands. I would have also liked to see a shower head that was adjustable as the water here is quite soft and my hair quite thick and full which meant lots and lots and lots of rinsing to remove the conditioner. All in all I would stay here again

Rooms were clean decent sized the staff is very friendly they have excellent customer service and the breakfast was good eggs biscuits gravy sausage waffles juice yogurt fruit and coffee the parking lot is Big lots of space to park the surrounding businesses are car dealerships catering service at dentistry so it's a super safe area too it's not busy all night long which is nice the pool is out of service but that seems to be the norm these days it sucks but it is what it is overall it's a great place to stay. They don't accept pets but I travel with my service animal and there was a massive dog park within a block which was really nice

I've stayed here twice now and both times have found my room clean, the bed very comfortable. The staff very nice and welcoming. Even though the property is showing signs of aging that shouldn't deter you from booking for a stay. Breakfast was good with many choices. Will book a room again in the future.

After an exceptionally long road trip we checked in at neatly 11 pm on July 19 2024. Not at all what I usually stay at. I was pleasantly surprised about the friendliness and hospitality extended to us. Not at all a fancy hotel but very clean and welcoming for ourc2 night stay. Lots of hot water for bathing and ice cold air. Lovely staff. Erica and Jana were amazing. Thank you for the hospitality we made it back home near Toronto refreshed and with fond memories.

This place was wonderful. Super clean, super friendly staff. I'm disabled and the room was extremely accessible. Highly recommend.
